  • Research on GMP, GHP, HACCP, shelf life, packaging, legislation
  • Divide the work for writing
  • Start writing about the GMP, GHP
2nd: ( 18 – 24 July)
  • Commercial product test
  • Initiation of HACCP analysis
  • Conduct experiments on shelf life if it is necessary
  • Start writing about packaging, shelf life, legislation so far
3rd: ( 25 – 31 July)
  • Finish HACCP analysis, Quality Control
  • Ensure that the work for all tasks have been done
  • Writing the report
4th: ( 1 – 5 August)
  • Adjustments on report
  • Submit the report
  • Prepare the presentation
  • Presentation of Unit IV
